Please be advised that due to safety concerns, Our Company does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any products at this time.
We strive for 100% satisfaction on all orders, so we ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue carefully.

HOW DOES THE RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORK?
All sales are final. Exchanges may only be made if our company sent you the wrong item. We are unable to process any exchanges for a different item. To return an item, securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include our return form in the return package. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will be glad to issue you a store credit instead. We do not hold items for exchange. Send back the merchandise to us using an insured service to the address below. (We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
